As with our rye whiskey, Spice Trade Gin is crafted entirely of malted rye, yielding complex notes of baking spices. Szechuan peppercorns, cardamom, Thai basil, and ginger heighten the flavor of the grain, resulting in an ultra premium gin that feels truly exotic.

Similar to our original Spice Trade Gin, but with a little something extra. The extra is candied lemon wrapped in vanilla. The barrel's whiskey-like contributions meld perfectly with the gin’s warm botanicals, creating a pronounced creamy texture that balances the citrus and subtle juniper with the rye barrel’s warming spice.
