ZINFIN BOURBON
A Dairy Block collaboration between friends, a winery, and a distillery. This bourbon is finished in a Zinfandel cask for 6 months after resting for 4 years.

Downtown Denver’s only gin distillery, is open in the heart of Dairy Block’s private alley. The cocktail lounge has been transformed from an 1800s firehouse into a lively patio, intimate lounge, and event space.
